ELITE COMPETITION DANCE

Our performance stream classes cater for students who wish to take their training to the next level and gain increased stage experience. Our performance stream comes with a range of benefits:

We currently offer two different types of performance classes; together they are referred to as our performance stream. Choosing the correct class for your child will depend on their ability and what they wish to achieve from their performance experience. ELITE COMPETITION STREAM

Our Elite Competition Stream is ideal for the serious performer who wishes to take their training to the next level. Our Elite Competition Stream provides the advanced performer the opportunity to perform in Competitions, Large groups, Small groups, Video shoots, special invitational opportunities, at a regional and national level. This stream is appropriate for dancers with a strong technical foundation, hardworking attitude and healthy team spirit. This is one of our most highly sort out class and is encouraged because it promotes inclusion and teamwork which are our core values at Studio A!

Once enrolled, there are NO auditions or selection processes in order to join Elite Competition group.

Our Elite Competition Stream is an extension on your child’s pre-existing skill-based and the students are challenged to improve, learn and commit.

SOLOISTS

Our Studio A soloists compete regularly at local and surrounding suburb Eisteddfods. We encourage pre existing students to do solos in all styles to increase their confidence on stage and get one on one time with our incredible teaching faculty. This allows our students to focus and work on their their personal goals, striving to achieve and improve their skills.

BOYS ONLY TROUPE TEAM

Our Boys Only troupe team at Studio A is so unique and highly respected. This class includes all styles of dance, creating a new normal for aspiring male dancers. This group was formed at the end of 2020 and has improved out of sight since then. We could not be prouder of this group and the bond they have created together as a team, a place they feel truly welcome and 100% themselves. 

This has created a space for males in dance to feel safe and included in their craft. This troupe class is also followed by a Boys Only Acro class, taught with our amazing gym equipment, including strength and stretch exercises specifically tailored for males.
